Mygazines.com is a huge repository of magazines online. Sign-up for a free account and you get unlimited access to just about any magazine/comic book you can think of. The user interface is pretty clean and worked well - navigation was not difficult at all.
It had all of the magazines I usually flip through at the grocery store, so the selection is good enough for me.
I'm not really sure how legal it is of them to host all of this. But hey, as long as its there - I'm reading :D
